The principle that “hard work breaks no bones” is one I learned at FAITH Montessori School. From learning the alphabet in kindergarten to writing my AS and A Levels in Upper Six, FAITH has taught me that working hard doesn’t hurt but, instead, it gives delight and satisfaction. FAITH Montessori School will always hold a special place in my heart. 15 years ago, an inquisitive child entered the premises of FAITH and is now leaving its confines as an informed and confident young lady ready to take on the world. FAITH has given me so much: from cherished memories to lifelong friendships.
My time here has been simply unforgettable and I could not have asked for a better experience. I have come a long way learning LaSaCaWaC to writing my A Levels and I will hold all the memories I have made dear to my heart: from singing rhymes in ‘Nurseryland’, “Funky Fridays” in Primaryland, intense Inter House Competitions, Annual Sponsored Walks, amazing Thursday Worship sessions, and not forgetting my personal favourite, Soul Week. I feel a tremendous sense of appreciation and delight as I consider my amazing ten-year experience at FAITH Montessori School. These ten years have been a remarkable synthesis of academic achievement, personal development, a priceless experience that have helped me become the person I am today.
The cornerstone of my educational journey has been FAITH Montessori School, with its loving environment and all-encompassing approach to teaching. As a little boy with wide eyes, I was greeted with open arms by compassionate instructors and classmates who quickly became lifelong friends. Every journey has an end point, and I’ve arrived at mine. FAITH has essentially taught me to be disciplined and conscientious throughout the course of five years. The FAITH schema, as well as the daily devotions, have formed me into the Godly, responsible person that I am today.
IGCSE and A-level Mocks taught me to adapt to the stressful workload, and I am thankful for those trials because they helped me become a stronger person than I was before. I also have to thank God, without whom I would not have made it through the last five years. He was with me the entire time. (more…)
Walking into the confines of FAITH has truly been a blessing to my family and me. Starting right from Hibiscus and climbing my way up to Upper Six, I am gob smacked as I never thought I would make it this far. The school’s constant dedication towards raising Godfearing children is something that I have come to admire and my spirituality has, indeed, reached greater heights.
I never would have been able to meet the friends I have today, had I been taken to a different school. (more…)
This would surely fail to capture all the emotions and feelings I felt during this wonderful experience of mine at FAITH Montessori School, but I shall try to encapsulate them.
The moment I entered the walls of FAITH in form 4, I was overwhelmed with the love and support of everyone, both teachers and students alike, and led to me developing strong connections with my friends and teachers. Thus, it is no surprise that leaving this school has left me feeling a sense of loss and sadness as I prepare to transition away from this community.
Thirteen years ago, my educational journey began at FAITH Montessori School, and little did I know that it would shape me into the person I am today.
Throughout my time at this esteemed institution, I have experienced personal growth, academic excellence, and a nurturing environment that has fostered my development and as I prepare to leave the confines of FAITH, I reflect upon the transformative and invaluable 13-year journey I have had at FAITH Montessori School. In the early years of my education, FAITH provided a solid foundation.
