Growing with FAITH

My journey with FAITH began at the tender age of 3, starting from kindergarten at Kanda and later moving to Gbawe. My earliest memories are filled with warmth, camaraderie, respect, and affection. FAITH became my second home where I, not only gained academic knowledge but, also learned the values of laughter, tears, sharing, and support both academically and spiritually.

As I reflect on my time at FAITH, I realize that these years have been the foundation of my growth, filled with both challenges and triumphs. Just as the school’s development has mirrored my own transformation, I’ve witnessed significant changes and growth within myself. Although the Advanced-Level posed its challenges, with moments of failure and disappointment, it also brought forth significant achievements.

From nights spent awake completing assignments and admonitions from teachers and parents, each experience has taught me invaluable life lessons. Through perseverance and determination, I have learned how to cope with the challenges that life throws my way. These trials have sculpted me into a resilient individual, capable of bearing the weight of life’s burdens without cracking.

I owe a debt of gratitude to my teachers, who served as skilled craftsmen, molding me into the person I am today. Their guidance and mentorship have been instrumental in shaping my character and preparing me for the journey ahead. Just as I witnessed the construction of “new buildings” and boarding houses, the transformation of the football pitch, and the development of the school as a whole, so have I experienced growth and maturity in my life. As I look towards the future, I carry with me the valuable lessons and experiences gained at FAITH, forever grateful for the foundation it has provided in shaping me into the person I am today.
