Monday, 28th October, 2024 – Twin Day
Pupils, students and teachers pair up as twins, triplets, quintuplets, etc. by dressing in the same attire. Each class selects the best dressed ‘twins’ for a brief modelling session. The climax for the day is the ‘Twin Challenge’ a competition between paired pupils, students and teachers. How well we know each other is displayed here. Friendship, camaraderie and bonding is fostered as participants go through several fun match-ups like Bottle-flipping, Sack Race Relay, Hoola Hoops, Lime and Spoon Race, etc.
Tuesday, 29th October, 2024 – Biblical Day
Students and pupils will pick their favourite characters from the Bible and represent them (in dressing). Classes will showcase different parts of the Bible on stage (usually in the form of a skit or pantomime). Important values are learnt and spiritual growth ensues on this day.
Wednesday, 30th October, 2024 – World Culture Day 1 (DECO & DELICACIES)
The first day of the ‘World Culture Day’ dubbed ‘Deco and Delicacies’ is designed to showcase the amazing artefacts, monuments, landforms, currency, etc. of different countries in well decorated
classrooms. The afternoon session presents the ‘Food Court’. There will be a display of delicacies the various countries are famed for.
Thursday, 31st October, 2024 – World Culture Day 2 (DIVERSITY IN PEACE)
The day kicks off with a grand parade and procession of colourful costumes and paraphernalia. The afternoon will be crowned by bedazzling on-stage performances depicting cultures of different countries in our world through songs, dance, recitals, etc. You cannot afford to miss the march-past and we will be glad if you can spend some time with us in the morning. You are all cordially invited. The best represented country wins the day as all present sing ‘We are the world’, echoing the need for World Peace. This will bring a joyous and captivating end to an activity packed week. The afternoon event cannot be missed either! The unearthing of unique talents from diverse cultures starts at 2:00 p.m. We look forward to seeing you all!
