SOUL WEEK CELEBRATION – 2024
The 2024 Soul Week celebration began on Monday 28th October 2024, with an electrifying atmosphere filling the FAITH community and came to a befitting end on Thursday 31st October 2024. During this beautiful occasion, the creativity, talent, passion and dexterity of both teachers and students came to fore, with healthy competition promoted amongst the various sections of the school to showcase the numerous cultures of the world.
The celebration took off with ‘Twin Day’, where students and staff donned matching outfits to celebrate creativity and camaraderie. With vivacious and colourful attires, the campus was turned into a vibrant display of unity and splendour. The day culminated with a lively event in the assembly hall, where laughter and joy filled the air, creating a contagious sense of togetherness.
Day Two celebrated ‘Biblical Day’, with students and teachers embodying iconic characters from the Bible. Through creative costumes and storytelling, they brought Bible tales to life, showcasing themes of faith and belief.
‘World Culture Day’ the climax of the week was celebrated in two parts, the ambience on campus was kaleidoscopic and dynamic. ‘World Culture Day 1’ saw students and teachers turned their classrooms into lively exhibitions of countries worldwide, featuring elaborate displays that portrayed each nation’s culture, history, and milestones. Not to forget the lavish exposition at the food court, a variety of delicious cuisines from the different countries represented. ‘World Culture Day’ 2 begun with a spectacular parade in the morning and the day was crowned with a variety of captivating performances from each class, celebrating music, dance, and traditions from various countries.
Soul Week at Faith Montessori School was a vivid tapestry of cultures, faith, and friendships, filled with the unforgettable moments that bring a community closer together.
